Our client is a driven hotel and residential investment and management company, committed to creating long-term, sustainable value.
They have a varied portfolio including very high end and more affordable hotels, residential and commercial assets.
Develop and implement acquisition strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify potential acquisition targets that align with the company's strategic goals.
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, including financial, legal, and operational assessments.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure thorough evaluation of potential acquisitions.
Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to assess the viability of acquisition targets.
Develop and present valuation analyses to senior management and the board of directors.
Oversee the execution of acquisition agreements and related documentation.
Develop integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and realization of synergies post-acquisition.
Build and manage a high-performing acquisitions team.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Prepare and present regular reports on acquisition activities and performance to senior management.
Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Minimum of 6 years of successfully leading hotel acquisition processes in the UK.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
