JUNIOR JOURNALIST / CONTENT WRITER


Flagship Media Group, a local and highly reputable Multi-Media and Publishing Company are seeking a Junior Journalist who can work across all platforms to join its busy editorial department.


The Role
To source, research and write news stories for a number of websites and meet strict daily deadlines. Sub-editing and proof reading is also required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for b2b and news worthy articles from a variety of sources including publications and on-line news feeds.

Capable of multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines, in a dynamic environment in which speed and accuracy are essential.

Essential:

  • At least 1 years' experience in an Journalism role
  • Up to date on local news
  • Update website content as needed
  • Have a good understanding of social media
  • NCTJ exams or equivalent required.
  • Able to work within a team
  • Flexible
Monday - Friday: 9.30am - 5.30pm

Temporary with a view to permanency
