We are on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our dedicated team in Tadworth.

Responsibilities:
- Undergo training under a Head Chef to obtain your culinary qualification
- Engage in daily chef duties and learn on the job
- Collaborate effectively within the team, with strong communication
- Follow recipe cards to prepare, cook, and serve a variety of meals
- Complete necessary paperwork for compliance purposes
- Assist with deliveries and stock checks
- Manage food orders and kitchen records
- Share accountability with Chef/Catering manager for food deliveries
- Monitor temperatures of equipment and storage areas
- Contribute to routine kitchen deep cleaning
- Have a thorough understanding of all menu offerings
- Engage in relevant training sessions as needed
Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, just a strong desire to learn and a love for cooking
- Great team player with excellent communication skills
- Devoted to the apprenticeship program
- DBS check is mandatory
- Adaptability and innovation are key
