Job Description

  • Performing routine machinery maintenance to ensure optimal operation.
  • Diagnosing and troubleshooting complex machinery problems.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
  • Cooperating with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to achieve common goals.
  • Implementing preventative maintenance plans.
  • Ensuring all equipment meets the required industry standards.
  • Documenting all maintenance work for future reference.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer should have:

  • A solid educational background in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery problems.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a large team.
  • A commitment to adhering to health and safety standards.
  • The ability to document maintenance work accurately and effectively.
