Job Title
Landscape Assistant

Objectives

The objectives of the job are to:

• Work alongside Team Leader and assisting as required.
• Learn new skills within the landscaping industry.
• Ensure that quality is maintained to a high standard.
• Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained to a high standard.

Accountable to
Paul Baker (partner), Ben Jackson (team leader).

Responsible for
This role has no responsibilities for other employees.

Working relationships

The Landscape Assistant will be will also be expected to liaise with their team leader and partners in the business.

Key result areas

The key results areas are:

• Working hard to help Team Leader as required.
• Assist with site productivity.
• Be punctual and reliable.
• Be motivated to learn.
• Can take instruction.

Key tasks

The key tasks are:

• To meet and exceed client requirements.
• To carry out works to the highest of standards.
• To work with Team Leader of project from start to completion.
• To keep the site tidy and organised.
• Improve on landscaping skills.
• To always work in a safe manner.
• To liaise with Team Leader.
• Ensure the experience for the client is easy, stress free and friendly throughout the project.
• Ensure the teams tools, vehicle and other workspaces are always kept clean and tidy.

Salary:
From £96.00 per day
