We currently have an exciting opportunity for a
Bartender to join our team at St Martins Lane. A good knowledge of cocktails and excellent service skills is a must. You will be responsible for delivering an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience.

  • Ensuring the efficient service of all beverages.
  • Ensuring standardisation and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality.
  • Assisting and directing servers and runners.
  • Create and maintain a personal and respectful rapport with regular guests.
  • Maintain standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniforms and appearance of team.
  • Delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience to all internal and external customers/guests, at all times.
What we are looking for

  • Previous experience within hotels or servicebased industry would be ideal but not required.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Yes, yes, yes mentality.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage.
