We're partnering with a small care provider seeking a Temporary Home Manager for one of their care homes near Bexhill. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager to step in and support the daily operations of the facility.


As the Interim Home Manager, you will lead the care team, ensuring the delivery of a safe, effective, and efficient service that caters to the residents' needs.

To be eligible for this role, you should possess the following:


- Previous experience in a similar managerial position or team management roles.
- Nursing background, demonstrating compassion, kindness, and a commitment to exceptional resident care.
- Proficiency in care plan development and auditing.
- Proven ability to supervise and assist care staff effectively.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with visitors, including family members and friends.

Moreover, demonstrating the following qualities would be advantageous:


- Effective time management, delegation, and organizational abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Active listening skills, coupled with compassion and a positive demeanor to motivate colleagues to deliver top-notch care.
- Ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities to establish and nurture community relationships.
