Client;
Our client are an E-power engineering enterprise specialising in development of full life cycle low - medium volume electromagnetic products and design services, who due to major business wins are looking to add a coil winder to their growing business.
Main responsibilities include:
- Fully experienced winder
- Coil preparation and coil winding to precise standards, to meet the correct turns per layer
- Coil forming and insulating stacks
- Performing and recording electrical checks.
- Mechanical assembly work
- Soldering/ brazing
- Loading coils
- Forming overhungs and lacing/taping in
- Complete all relevant documentation.
- Carry out all activities as defined above in a timely manner to ensure the company manufacturing targets are achieved
