Salary:
Up to £52,000 Dependent of skills and experience

What you'll be doing:

  • Development of the Mission Planning ,the training design and support strategy for our Customers and aircraft platforms (including development of Training Management Plans, Training Needs Analysis)
  • Ensuring all training material is within guidelines and adhering to governance
  • Contributing to the support framework and ensuring successful delivery of our customer training requirements by working with both internal and external support suppliers
  • Support the development of the Mission Planning training course syllabuses in conjunction with our suppliers, ensuring that the training requirements align with the contractual requirements
  • Support the development of the Mission Planning Help Desk capability, optimised across our Customers and aligned with the contractual requirements
  • Management and role out of the Mission Planning training & support solution for our customers
  • Attend meeting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead training & support reviews with internal and external suppliers

Your skills and experiences:

  • Experience of developing Customer training support solutions and delivering requirements into tangible training and support solutions
  • Experience of training delivery
  • Minimum of HNC qualification in an Engineering discipline
