Job Opportunity: This is a Monday-Friday role with flexible start times, including some Saturday mornings. Responsibilities include managing and completing transport jobs promptly, distributing workflow to drivers efficiently, presenting assets for scheduled maintenance, covering the traffic desk, and assisting other departments when needed. Ensuring compliance with tachograph regulations, monitoring driver schedules, and addressing performance issues. Collaborating with team members to optimize fleet planning and revenue analysis.

  • Good understanding of traffic operations
  • Familiarity with TOPS systems, telematics, and VBS
  • Knowledge of driver tablets and IT applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to work well under pressure

Benefits: The position offers a salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000 per year, along with 33 days of annual leave and other benefits.
