Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a PIA (Poultry Inspection Assistant) to join our team in Coupar Angus
The hours of work and shift patterns are: Sunday (
12.30pm - 9.30pm); Monday - Thursday
(3.30pm am)
£13.67 per hour on completion of required training
Main Responsibilities
As a PIA (Poultry Inspection Assistant) you will join our Killing/EV team on the PM shift.
You will be responsible for ensuring legislative requirements are met to ensure the continued operation of the slaughter house.
You will assist with post mortem, offal and meat inspections, making sure that we have accurate records and data.
You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and basic PC/Computer literacy.
Full training will be given.
