JOB ROLE:
Office Coordinator - Immediate Start
Location:
Lewes - Rural - Car Driver Essential
Hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Pay:
£11 - £12 an hour
Duration:
Ongoing
Role Responsibility:
- Be responsible for providing an efficient, effective and varied administrative service for a busy team
- Day to day duties include: information management and reporting, project coordination, budget monitoring and building relationships with customers and colleagues
- Detail orientated with excellent planning and communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programmes including Word, Excel and Access.
- Supporting with scheduling meetings, diary management, preparation and circulating of supporting paperwork, including Agendas, potential minute taking is required on occasion
- Previous experience in office administration essential
- Excellent communicator written and verbal
- Total proficiency with Microsoft programmes
- Keen eye for detail, punctual and organise
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills
- High level organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work as both a team member and in a standalone position
- Strong initiative and proactive working manner
