Night shift Production Operatives urgently required working for a global manufacturer based in Swindon, working on a permanent night shift (Monday to Friday , offered with an annual salary £ £27,000 plus exceptional employee benefits andplenty of well-paid overtime.


Your previous employment experience must include production/manufacturing skills, wiring and/or fine electrical assembly, the ability to work on automated machinery, working with a range of hand tools, producing high quality component parts as part of abusy team.

The ability to accurately measure, inspect and produce specific parts is key to the success of this position.


As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for entering all work output onto an internal ERP system, ensuring that you communicate with the team leader if issues arise, logging non conformities and manufacturing concerns immediately.

Ideally youwill have excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word), feel confident when learning new systems and process, working to strict work instructions with a sound understanding of GMP when working in a manufacturing environment.


Naturally excellent product and machine training, health and safety and manual handling is provided, however we must stress the importance of having worked in a manufacturing/engineering environment.

You will have an excellent eye for detail, able to workto set timescales and produce high quality work once trained.

You must have full colour vision, which will be tested before employment offer, due to working with electrical wiring and cabling.
