You and Your Team:

Reporting into the Head of Acquisition Marketing this role supports in managing third-party agencies/ suppliers to drive acquisition in line with the profitable growth targets set for the credit card business, whilst maintaining good customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.


In your day-to-day role, as an Acquisition Marketing Coordinator you will:

  • Support the Acquisition Marketing Manager and Head of Acquisition Marketing in activities and projects that drive new customer acquisition against budget and various other performance KPIs.
  • Support with creative briefing and campaign management processes.
  • Ensure compliance activities for all Direct Acquisition processes are followed and up to date.
  • Track key performance metrics and working with other areas across Customer and wider (Portfolio team, Data and Analytics, Credit Risk and Product) to ensure that critical information is received and up to date.
  • Identify and develop process enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Be responsible for day to day coordination, preparation and management of direct acquisition performance MI and general administrative duties associated for the team.
  • Support the Acquisition team including research, presentations, governance, compliance, Fin Prom log management and sign offs.
  • Learn how to use tools and technology for the channels we operate (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite etc).

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
