The role:
Our International Team is growing and we're looking for a new
International Marketing Executive to join them. This is a key role in our business, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple markets.
It will give you first-hand experience working with all the functional areas of Huel, including the best in the business at performance marketing, ecom, product marketing, finance, and ops.
You'll have the opportunity to learn how to build and develop one or multiple markets at Huel whilst collaborating closely with multiple people.
Day to day you will monitor the performance of a variety of markets, leading analysis and turning insights into actions to present to the wider business.
You'll work with teams to drive and deliver the day-to-day performance of the localised markets through the website and end-to-end customer journey, assuring key metrics including conversion, CPA and margin are on target by taking appropriate actions.
You'll also collaborate with our internal creative teams to create the strongest copy and visuals that will help merchandise our site and products, and you'll come up with local marketing ideas and execute them with the marketing team flawlessly.

What we're looking for in you:
Whether you're a recent graduate that has completed a placement year, a junior-level professional, or a seasoned marketing executive, we believe that having
a growth mindset and attitude is the key to success in this position. We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges and who will be able to juggle multiple workstreams whilst working collaboratively with other teams in the business.
Good knowledge of
Digital Marketing is essential. You'll need to be familiar with digital marketing channels, including PPC and paid social, and have a keen eye for copy and visuals that will help merchandise our site and products
You'll need to be able to dive into data and use our business intelligence tools (Thoughtspot & tableau) to look for market-specific insights and create action plans to resolve any issues or exploit opportunities.
