This is an exciting time to join us and help shape the future.Job Family - Facilities Engineering: Focused on the engineering and maintenance of Haleon facilities and ensuring full functionality with minimal disruption to the internal client.
Performs engineering work in operations, R&D, Commercial office, or maintenance environments. Plans, designs and estimates time and cost, and oversees maintenance of structures, facilities, systems and components. Analyses and develops solutions to engineering problems related to R&D/ commercial office equipment and systems. Develops and applies engineering standards and procedures and provides advice on issues within the engineering field.
Integrate facilities engineering support within site operations to maximize facility 'up-time' and reliability for the R&D customers served by Workplace Solutions & its service providers at 3 R&D locations in Weybridge, Maidenhead and Brentside.
- PSSR, LOLER, Building safety, Legionella, F-gas, electrical safety & Asbestos management.
- Haleon are willing to provide training and development in support of your personal development and professional growth.
- Support investigations and root cause analysis into engineering related issues or failures. Have a strong ability to work in collaboration with cross disciplinary teams such as EHS, quality, Microbiology, Laboratory functions, Pilot Plant Manufacturing operations as well as WPS service providers to problem solve and overcome issues. Support completion of site gap analyses versus Haleon's combined EHS & Engineering standards. Own activities & projects to support compliance to standards in the event of gaps identified.
- Support audit readiness at WPS facilities for internal and external audits covering WPS's scope of services. Supporting in the identification of capital projects (>30k) and small minor work activities (
