They are looking for 2 Customer Service Representatives to join their Melksham team and assist with their goal of ensuring excellent service standards.


This position will involve being a brand ambassador and delivering the best customer experience to both internal and external clients.

You will be the first point of contact for all customers providing both product and service information and resolving any problems.


Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions, following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively manage customer expectations.

Job requirements:

  • Be proactive and positive.
  • Take ownership and be resilient.
  • Strong networking and relationship building skills.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle pressure and high work load.


This is a full-time temporary position for 3 months, working Monday-Friday with the option of either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm working hours.
