THE ROLE
Are you a creative storyteller, hungry for progression and are looking for the right environment to own a role and make your mark?


This exciting role will focus on developing and improving the company's outreach through influencer collaborations and its social media channels with a strong focus on Instagram but also working across Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Significantly increasing the reach and engagement of both Baukjen & Isabella Oliver to improve brand awareness on a global scale.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media
Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy aligned with Baukjen's marketing and business objectives, while tailoring content to engage the target demographics effectively.
Content Creation and Management

  • Generate compelling content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's image and messaging through collaboration with marketing and creative teams.
Campaign Planning and Execution

  • Design and implement social media campaigns, overseeing product launches, promotions, and events, while continuously analysing performance metrics for strategic optimisation.
  • Attending monthly product shoots as well as creating regular videos and adhoc content to be filmed at the office or at company photoshoots. (iPhone filming is fine for this, no camera experience needed).
Trend Monitoring

  • Stay current on social media, fashion, and retail trends to integrate them into the brand's strategies and campaigns for ongoing relevance and competitiveness.
  • Analyse competitor activity.
Analytics and Reporting

  • Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media channels.
  • Provide regular reports to the management team, presenting key metrics and suggesting enhancements for improved performance.
Community Management

  • Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive and interactive online environment.

Influencer Marketing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our influencer and affiliate community. Working across gifting, competitions, and paid collaborations, and regularly looking for new, onbrand creators and partners (Including likeminded brands) to work with.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to leverage their reach and credibility to promote the brand and its products.
  • Support head of comms with regular and ad hoc administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 12 years' experience in a social media role in the retail industry (fashion is a plus) either inhouse or via an agency.
  • Experience working with influencers and affiliate platforms (preexisting relationships is a plus). Confident building and maintaining these relationships.
  • Handson experience with various Social Media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc., as well as proficiency in Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge in social media content creation especially Reels/TikTok.
  • Role will support Baukjen & Isabella Oliver.
  • Ability to work in a fact paced environment with multiple deadlines and projects running simultaneously.
  • A creative thinker who can see ideas through from conceptualisation to execution and regularly comes up with fresh ideas for content.
  • Selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
