The Cods Scallops is an award winning fish and chip restaurant with 4 shops around Nottinghamshire and 1 in Birmingham.

We offer a wide range of fish and seafood, cooked in a variety of ways (not just battered) The shop has a take-away counter, as well as a licensed 40-cover restaurant and delivery service.

We serve food all day from 11.30am till 9pm (9.30 Friday and Saturday) in a relaxed, friendly & professional environment.

We are currently looking to add a talented and enthusiastic fryer to our team at the West Bridgford branch

Job Requirements
*To be part of the preparation and delivery of fresh fish and seafood to the highest standards in a fast paced environment

*Be competent at working independently on your own station

*The ability to work under pressure and consistently every shift

*To adhere to all aspects of health and safety

*To maintain a clean and sanitary working environment

*Experience of working in fast-paced kitchens, cooking food to order
