Hytorc is seeking a full time Administrator / Sales Support specialist to work at our Cramlington branch.

THE ROLE INVOLVES:

Supporting the Sales Administrative Team:Processing all requests in a timely manner while communicating and working with multiple departments

Inputting and management of orders and daily despatch of goods Constant use of multiple computer systems

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-
Experience in coordinating a busy hire / sales desk: This role will require experience in a similar role - the sales/ hire desk is extremely busy and requires a motivated and organised person to manage the work load. The ability to prioritisework is essential along with accuracy when raising orders inputting serial numbers and hire orders.

The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure on your own: This required the ability to multi task, again due to the fast paced nature of the business you will be required to multi task - often finishing processing oneorder whist answering the phone and taking a another order. Clear and precise organisation and planning is required by the person who carries out this role.
