Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support trade customer queries
  • Undertake reconciliations and upkeep of the financial records to support the integrity of
the balance sheets

  • Provide business partnering service to Business Director through monthly budget
monitoring meetings

  • Provide business partnering services to the wider business admin team
  • Working collaboratively with the wider finance team in the publication of the management
accounts

  • Assist the Accounts payable team
  • Assist with annual rent & service charge review
  • Assist with annual budget associated with Lease rent, Insurance & Professional Fees
  • Production of monthly management accounts
  • Working in a finance department (minimum 2 years' experience)
  • Evidence of training and continuing professional development
  • Excellent numeracy
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
