Casual Relief Delivery Driver

We are a family-owned meat wholesaler based in Hemel Hempstead - and we are looking for a casual relief delivery driver to join our team, to cover for our other drivers when they are on leave.


If you are fit, active and have a current driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points) - and are _
retired/semi-retired_ - this is an ideal job.


Depending on the round you are covering, you will start anywhere from 4am to 7am each morning (Mon-Fri) and, in addition to delivering meat to our customers, your duties may also include the hauling and loading meat onto your van.

You will work 4-8 hours/day, depending on the round and the day.


You will have a winning way with people from all walks of life, be organised and thorough, with a good eye for detail, as well as be reliable, positive, flexible and have excellent communication skills - and live within 30 mins of Hemel.


In return, we'll offer you a competitive rate of pay as well as many other benefits, including a van to be used for work purposes and a meat allowance (at cost).

We will train you in all aspects of the operation, ensuring that you are fully equipped for your role.
