Night Health Care Assistant

Virgo Care Homes are looking to recruit Night Health Care Workers. For this position you will be located at Hollylodge Residential Home in Cwmbran. Main duties will be to attend and meet all social/psychological and mental health needs during the night. When offering this care we also take into account inclusion/promoting rights and independence.

You will be expected to be reliable and motivated to make a difference to the clients lives during your shift.

Hollylodge Residential Home specializes in caring for elderly clients that require care provided, delegated, monitored or supervised by a Team Leader that is always on duty, in addition to the trained staff that provide personal care.

This role can be challenging however you will be supported by your team.


Virgo Care Homes are committed to training and development and for the motivated person there will be career prospects within this developing Company.


The successful person will be expected to attend all training as organized and to complete QCF level 2 if already hasn't attained it.

You will also be expected to gain the relevant qualifications to register with Social Care Wales within the required timescale.

Hours or work are over 7 days a week on a rota basis. Hours of work are 9:30pm - 7:00am Monday to Friday and 8:30pm - 7:00am Saturday & Sunday.
