Mortgage Paraplanner

Our client is an established Financial Planning business that specialises in advising their clients on Property Finance and Insurance needs.

They are a fun and close-knit team who all share a passion for delivering a truly first-class customer experience,helping to fulfill aspirations and to see their client's dreams realised.

Due to organic growth, they are now in search of an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Admininstrator that would like to continue their career within a "family feel" environment.

You may be a Mortgage Adviser who is looking to come away from sales,an existing Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator who wishes to grow their career into Advisory or, someone that is looking for a little more flexibility to work around their family life.

• Researching and sourcing new and alternative lending products.
• Conducting factfinds and obtaining relevant documentation.
• Progressing client mortgage and protection cases
• Liaising with clients, Introducers and Lenders.
• Maintaining compliant processes
• Running data reports for management information
• Mortgage case processing
• Undertaking administration support
• At least 3 years' experience of working within a regulated, whole of market environment. (This could be as a Mortgage Paraplanner, Mortgage Adminstrator or Mortgage Adviser) (Essential)
• Thorough understanding of Lender's Criteria across the whole of Market
• Have experience researching and placing cases
• Have experience of pre and post sales administration
• Have the desire for personal development and constant improvement

• 4 day working week
• Basic salary up to £35k (Dependent on hours / experience)
