PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS NEEDED FOR NIGHTS

RATE FROM £ £14.32ph DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE (please note we will not consider applicants who clearly do not have previous experience in a similar role)

Fixed nights Monday - Thursday 6PM - 6AM
We are looking for experienced production and packing supervisors to help us get our additional lines running smoothly to fulfil all our customers' expectations


You will have at least two years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role and you will be great at coaching and leading a small team of people.


We need enthusiastic passionate people who are interested in joining a growing company with good career prospects and the opportunity to succeed in your career.

This is what you'll be doing on a nightly basis
Assist in organising the shift, assigning members of the department to tasks/work stations, and manage break rotation.

Comply and enforce the company P.P.E Policy and ensure all under your supervision are adhering to mandatory requirements

Ensure the Production/Packing/Mixing areas comply with Health & Safety requirements i.e. Fire exits are clear, machine checks, staff well fair.

Ensure Food Safety is maintained at the highest standard, i.e. C.C.P's are completed, Paperwork is accurate and complete, allergen process.


Inforce 'Clean As You Go' Policy across the team, to ensure a clean, safe environment for all to work in.

Complete training as and where identified within the team, to improve staff ability.

Communicate/Encourage the team to be pro-active, and voice their ideas of improvements/concerns.

Maintain constant communication with shift managers regarding issues/concerns/ideas/waste.

Assist/Complete staff investigations appraisals.

Assist in department audits as required.

Be fully aware of HACCP and the potential for foreign body contamination.

Check production plans for any errors/miss-calculations, are reported to Shift Manager/Planning Team.

Conduct regular patrols of your areas, to ensure all processes are adhered too.

Monitor waste levels regularly, ensuring paperwork is completed, and identify ways to reduce
