Are you passionate about care?Atrium Healthcare is seeking experienced Senior Healthcare assistants who want to make a positive difference to the healthcare sector.

We are supporting some of the most prestigious Care Homes and support units in the UK and continue to offer outstanding person-centred care on a daily basis.

We support adults in various settings such as residential, Nursing, and clinical facilities with daily tasks such as personal cares, companionship, and other complex needs.

We are seeking individuals who want to join our fantastic team and continue to represent Atrium Healthcare to the highest of standards and deliver person centred care to all service users we support.

The successful candidate will have: The ability to lead and direct a team of carers on shiftExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA passion to support and care for othersA drive to learn and developFlexibility to workA minimum of 3 months UK care experience as a seniorThe right to work in the UKCommitment to providing high-quality care and support.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomouslyAbility to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situationsProvide a supportive and structured environment that promotes positive change.

A sense of humour and the ability to bring a smile to the service users faceA can-do attitudeExcellent timekeeping skillsWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all service users and expect all staff to share this commitment.

The Key Responsibilities of the job role: Administering medicationLeading a shiftDirecting a team of staff with the daily routineProvide one-to-one support and supervision to individuals.
Aid all services users in need of assistancePromoting independency to residents with day-to-day decisions (clothing, bathing etc)

Work collaboratively with other staff members and professionals.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and outcomesProvide emotional support and practical assistance to individuals to help them achieve their goals and aspirationsWork closely in a holistic approach to careAttending social outings when required - cinema, appointments etc
