- Role responsibilities:
- Model, lead, and provide exceptional care to assist patients with optical and healthcare decisions
- Adapt flexibly to business needs, continuously enhance knowledge to offer the best service to patients
- Offer expert knowledge to patients with specialized needs
- Work diligently to provide complete healthcare solutions, mentor team members, and collaborate with Boots Healthcare teams
- Supervise colleagues' development, education, and training, supporting students in their learning
- Adhere to practice standards, Boots Opticians clinical policies, and procedures
- Support the team in executing operational processes ensuring legal and safe business operations
- Participate in store leadership team meetings to uphold high clinical standards for patient safety
- Promote and introduce customers to digital tools where suitable
- Travel as needed to stores within the area
About you To excel in this role, you should possess expert-level professional skills and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer care across multiple locations.
- Key qualifications:
- Registered with the General Optical Council (GOC)
- Excellent relationship-building abilities with various stakeholders
