As a result of a successful business case, we are looking to appoint a dynamic and innovative data analyst to play an integral role in the implementation and development of an end to end digitisation solution to support cardio-respiratory and vascular diagnostic services at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.


The post holder will be work closely with the digitisation project management team in the developmental stages of the process, playing a key part in the role out and development of the proposed digital solution within the Cardio-Respiratory and Vascular department.

This will include the training and management of the existing administration team.


The post holder will be responsible for managing all data streams, creating and maintaining statistical data and reports to support the cardio respiratory department to deliver a quality data driven service.

Once established, the purpose of this role is to extract, collate and analyse data to provide high quality information for

Assisting with the implementation and development of robust digitisation work streams within the Cardiorespiratory and Vascular department.


Extraction, collation and analysis of data, providing accurate, high quality reports for local submission to ensure the service is meeting all key performance indicators, performance and operational management, business intelligence, strategic planning and patient care.


You will have sound technical experience and the ability to present and communicate high quality data clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders, meeting deadlines in a timely manner.


You will be responsible for your own area of work and have the ability to manage the existing cardiorespiratory and vascular administration team, supporting colleagues with any training needs required for the role out of the proposed digital solution across the wider team.

Management of diagnostic prioritisation codes across all modalities within the Cardiorespiratory and Vascular diagnostics service.


Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (MCHFT) provides good quality, safe and effective healthcare to the people of Cheshire and beyond.

The Trust, which manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich, and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford, was established as an NHS Trust in April 1991 and became a Foundation Trust in April 2008.

The results in the 2020 national NHS Staff Survey showed improvements in all elements of the safety culture theme, with 92% of respondents feeling their role made a difference to our patients.
