How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Proposing and implementing the sourcing strategy and marketing techniques adapted to the different businesses, functions and employment markets of your scope to attract appropriate talent pools
  • Driving consistent and standardised recruitment processes to identify select the best talents for Air Liquide
  • Assisting HRBP's in the adaptation of job ads, publishing job ads on job boards according to strategy
  • Leading talent scouting projects and talent pooling
  • Building highquality partnerships with external agencies and the PSL

  • Participating in building fresh graduates talent pooling by interviewing recommended interns, trainees & apprentices prior to their offboarding
  • Participating in the animation of interns/apprentices community
  • Contributing in the development of and followup on school relations, by attending school forums (when located in the same country), publishing job offers on schools' internal job boards.
  • Involvement in TA projects such as recruitment upskills for HRBPs/hiring managers by delivering recruitment training
  • Deploying any TA projects (referral programs, onboarding, job branding, etc) to HRBPs/managers
  • Contributing to Group/Business TA projects
  • Be responsible and accountable for TA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) & Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for your activity

Are you a MATCH?

  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management experience
  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand business needs
  • Sourcing methodology
  • Boolean search experience
  • Knowledge of KPIs and service policies (SLAs) in a European environment
  • Knowledge of various interviewing methods
  • Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as Linkedin
  • High volume recruitment experience
  • A good knowledge of relevant IT systems and Microsoft packages, particularly excel
  • Languages: Fluent English (an additional language would be highly desirable
  • German, French, Dutch)
