I have a super new opportunity working within a fantastic Financial Services company that specialise in Life Assurance & Protection Advice.
This is with a medium sized firm that has 4 offices altogether ranging from Hampshire down to Kent, with plans to open an additional office inside the M25.
This is a very sucsseful company and are seeking ambitous individuals to join the team ASAP, theywill invest time and training in developing staff, the most sucsessful advisors are all organically grown who started at the administration level.
These roles are too be based full time in an office in Chichester2) Liaising with Advisers and booking client review meetings
3) Uploading & sending out client letters
4) Obtaining quotations and valuations from product providers.
5) Liasing with clients on client events & seminars
7) Assistanting the Advisors with any other administrative support that is required.
For this role we will need to following skills
A good literature disposition evidenced through either exam passes, strong skills with attention to detail with Grammer and punctuation.
IT knowledge or experience with all Microsoft packages
Be a good team player
Experience of delivering excellant administration support
A strong passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Confident over the phone.
