Hazelmere Medical Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, energetic person with great communication skills to work as a Medical Administrator to work alongside our current admin team.


We are looking for 21 hours per week:
Monday 8 Hours

Wednesday 5 Hours

Friday 8 Hours

Applicants must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, problem-solving and IT skills.

Confidentiality is integral to this role, as is a professional approach to work and ability to multi-task and the ability to work under pressure.

Previous experience of working in General Practice is desirable but not essential.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Process Insurance reports, invoices and patient information
  • Process outgoing referrals
  • Process incoming and outgoing notes
  • Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly service via the telephone
  • Undertake a variety of administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the practice including the provision of clerical support to clinical staff and other members of the practice team

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary:
£10.42-£10.50 per hour
