We provide quality care services in a clients' own home covering the areas of Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock. Successful applicants will be expected to work a minimum of one evening per week and every other weekend (or 1 day of each weekend)
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals with personal care in their home
- Assisting with mobility and helping with daily exercise
- Manual Handling with all aspects of transfers (full training provided)
- Medication prompting and/or administering (training provided)
Household
- General tidying of immediate areas, light duties clothes washing etc.
- Meal Preparation Breakfast, Lunch, Tea & Supper, meeting client nutritional needs
- Providing respite services as and when required.
What we are looking for:
Essential
- Caring, patient, & compassionate nature
- Able to remain calm under pressure
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work alone and with others
- Care experience
- NVQ 2 In Health and Social Care
- Use of own vehicle
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
