What Youll BeDoing:
- Lead thedevelopment of custom radiation hardened DDR3 IP controller andPHY.
- Serve as a point of contact for internaland external DDR IP developmentrelated activities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal andexternal development teams.
- Ensure compliancewith DDR3 requirements and specifications.
- Maintain deep knowledge of DDR protocols including DMIand apply this knowledge in development.
- Oversee work on logic design Clock Domain Crossing (CDC)solutions and voltage plane optimization.
- Oversee verification processes for DDR IP developmentCandidate will be using:
- RTLCompiler
- Design Compiler
- ASIC synthesis tools like DC Genus
- FPGA tool platform
- CDCtools
What We Are Looking For:
- 5 Years of experience in ASICDesign
- Experience in DDR IPdevelopment
- Familiarity with logic design CDCsolutions and voltage plane optimization.
- Familiarity with verification concepts in DDR IPdevelopment.
- Familiarity with analog circuitdevelopment with a focus on IO circuitry and PHYdevelopment.
- Strategic awareness of thecompetitive landscape for DDR IP.
- Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelorsor higher degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science or arelated field.
- Radiation effects analysisknowledge/experience
- Advanced node and SOItechnology design experience
- Knowledge of OSLinux scripting languages e.g. Perl Shell TCL
- Laboratory experience (hardware configuration measurementsystems)
Education:
- Bachelors / Masters
