We now have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Cake Decorators to join our growing team producing Handmade, Hand Decorated Classic Cakes and Amazing Cupcakes.

As part of the team you will work with colleagues to maintain our high standards of product quality and cleanliness whilst delivering your unique signature to the cakes you decorate.

To be a successful Fatherson Cake Decorator, you must demonstrate efficiency and high standards while focussing on food quality.

You will be passionate about food, well organised, decisive, driven, and possess a keen attitude to learn and develop your decorating experience and techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Utilising our equipment to create fantastic cakes including sponge cakes, loaf cakes, tray bakes, cup cakes, butterfly cakes fruit pies and so much more for our customer across the UK and internationally.
• Ability to be flexible to develop your skills and support our team of bakers and be trained in all areas of the bakery.
• Working closely with our technical and quality team through testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets our stringent food safety and quality controls.
• Maintaining our food safety quality records.
