Our Gallagher Futures programme provides a 2 year, tailored development plan, with the aim of accelerating your career in the insurance industry.
During the programme you will have the opportunity to be hands on, working closely with your mentor and making a difference early.
Your Role:
- Support Finance Business Partner (FBP) in delivery of Financial reporting requirements to the business
- Responsible for working with the business and Finance Operations to reconcile client accounts
- Assist Credit Controller with managing debtor ledger and working with the business to resolve queries
- Assist the FBP and business in setting, monitoring and achieving goals through robust financial analysis
- Work with MI team to shape and deliver MI to internal stakeholders
- Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
- Assess current processes and procedures and consider how these can be improved upon
- Provide accurate and timely information to management in respect of both monthly reporting and on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications
Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with Grade A to C (49) in English and Maths.
- Strong communication skills and the competitive drive to achieve. Determined, keen to make a difference and forge a career whilst improving the service of key clients.
- Strong planning and analytical skills are crucial when engaging with insurers and customers alike.
- Accurate with high attention to detail, thriving on outstanding customer centricity.
- Proficient in MS office.
- Eligible to work in the UK
