The CSW will assist the team in delivering care, one to one consultation with patients who request for routine check - up, meeting, greeting and registering patients and will assist the clinicians within clinic and outreach.
To greet service users and visitors in a courteous, friendly and helpful manner
To assist with the registration of clients using the electronic patient record system and department booking guidance including providing information via the phone and other communication method
To set up reception, waiting and clinical areas, maintaining and recording cleanliness standards and contributing to the smooth running of service
To ensure clinical and public areas are adequately stocked with clinical supplies, stationary and client information and with Support Worker Team coordinate stock management across all Integrated Sexual Health Centre
