You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and quality guest service experiences
  • Analysing customer feedback and providing strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
  • Responding to guests needs and anticipating their unstated ones

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience leading people, even better if you did it in a food service environment.
  • Preferably 1 year of guest service experience.
  • Flexibility to work 2035hour work weeks must be available all day parts and days of the week.

You're willing and able to:

  • Travel to other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) as needed.
  • Stand for long periods, bend and kneel and be able to lift 1025 kg, as needed.
