A position has arisen for an eProcurement Systems Coordinator in Cambridge. This is a full-time position on a permanent contract.

The position will play a crucial role in optimizing procurement processes within an organization.

By overseeing the various components of eProcurement systems, such as the purchasing module, sourcing, tendering, and marketplace, they ensure a seamless operation that adheres to procurement policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project delivery, system administration, and data integrity for eProcurement systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including end users, procurement, finance, IT, and suppliers.
  • Provide training and support for eProcurement platforms, ensuring alignment with policies and financial regulations.
  • Develop and maintain essential records and documentation for system administration and development.
  • Communicate updates and maintain eProcurement system guides and user manuals.
  • Establish and improve supplier onboarding, enablement, and eInvoicing processes.
  • Offer advanced eProcurement system support and identify areas for system enhancement.

Criteria:

- eProcurement systems experience
  • Source to contract/Source to pay systems and catalogue management systems
  • Deep understanding of source to pay processes
  • Procurement and/or finance experience
  • CIPS Level 4 or above preferred (or willingness to work towards)
