Based from our Winchester office, Knight Frank's Country Business is looking to recruit an Office Head to be responsible for the profitable management of the office and the wider Sales team in Winchester.

We are the world's leading independent international property consultancy, headquartered in the UK, offering agency and professional advice across Commercial, Residential and Rural sectors. Established in 1896, Knight Frank now comprises a global network of over 20,000 people in 600+ Offices across 50 Territories.

We are looking for a self-starter who is familiar with the Winchester and Hampshire property market. The ideal candidate would have considerable experience leading market appraisals and be competent at building a sales business, alongside the day-to-day management of buyers.

For the right candidate, this could be an exciting opportunity to build a residential business with the Knight Frank brand.

Responsibilities

Obtain instructions within agreed guidelines to achieve agreed business targets. Take responsibility for all outstanding monies in relation to client business. Responsible to lead and inspire a team of negotiators to achieve their KPI's. Maintain a high profile in order to obtain introductions to prospective clients. Formulate business strategies with the Sub-Divisional Head for the development of the district/sector and implement them positively. Supervise the efficient administration of all procedures in carrying out business. Understand the business and have a sound business knowledge together with a keen awareness of the competition. Research accurately and present this information in writing to a highly professional standard. Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership. Accept responsibility for delegated management tasks.

Career Experience Required

5 years + experience in a similar role. Local knowledge of the Winchester and the surrounding Hampshire region is advantageous.
