Wholesale B2B and Edi Coordinator

The Wholesale B2B & EDI Coordinator will ensure all essential data is captured, validated, and maintained within Superdry's systems.
As part of the wholesale operations team, you will ensure the admin work required to maintain B2B data is completed by the set deadlines.
You will coordinate the implementation of EDI, partner integrations and consignment models.Working closely with the Wholesale Digitisation Manager and using multiple systems, you will perform tasks such as B2B user setup, collection and access configuration, training for sales teams and B2B issue logging.
You will liaise with multiple departments including Technology, Digital, Collection Strategy and Studio teams.You Will
Complete B2B collection configuration tasks to support sales teams selling and customers placing orders
Manage the B2B mailbox, completing admin requests, logging issues or redirecting queries to relevant departments
Support front end testing on the B2B website and iOS sales app as development work is completed
Assist with updating the B2B user guides when new website or iOS sales app features are released
Familiarise yourself with all B2B functions and support training sessions and demos for users
Gain a solid understanding of the various systems and online platforms related to wholesale
Work with the Sales Operations team to plan future partner integrations, EDI & consignment models and report updates to wholesale stakeholders to drive engagement
Assess customers integration requirements to support with prioritisation and planning with Technology teams
Coordinate the onboarding process for partner integrations, from implementation to delivery
