Job Title:
CNC Turner

Shift:

Choice of 2 day shift options:
* 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday

* 8:00am to 12:30pm Friday morning

* 6:30am to 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday

  • Fixed times (non flexible)
Adhere to component quality standards and 'First Off' procedure.

  • Develop Fanuc CNC programs for twin spindle lathes with driven tooling.
  • Coordinate with production office on manufacturing techniques and tooling.
  • Promote lights-out machining and automation progress in a cell environment.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement, the 6S ethos, and lean manufacturing efforts.
  • Back all corrective actions, observations & reviews provided by the quality department.
  • Follow company protocols as instructed by the senior management team.
  • Extensive expertise in CNC turning including; Excellent grasp of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
