We are a large, predominantly private dental practice, looking for a full time experienced receptionist/treatment coordinator.


The practice is well established with an excellent team of professionals who provide restorative dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, facial aesthetic treatments, dental implants and Invisalign.

Recently refurbished; modern, well-equipped facilities; fully digital with Exact SOE IT system; OPG and iTero.

Essential requirements:

3 years of dental reception experience

confident in using SOE EXACT dental software

excellent communication and interpersonal skills

motivated and enthusiastic

excellent organisational skills, ability to work alone and as a part of a team

Desirable requirements:

GDC registration / clinical knowledge
