The reception/booking office administrator is an extremely busy and varied role requiring someone who is able to demonstrate the ability to cope with the demands of the service.


It is essential that the post holder is an excellent team player and has the ability to prioritise and manage all requests in a timely manner.


The booking office is proud of their efficiency and high levels of patient care, they provide all new team members with a supportive and friendly working environment to develop and grow knowledge and skills.


You will work as an integral member of the Podiatry Booking Office team by providing effective administrative support to the Services.

Working at Bartec you will be the first point of contact for patients accessing Podiatry.

The post holder will work closely with other administrative and Clerical staff and Podiatrists across the county.
