Vending Operator

BreakTime Group Ltd has been established since 1975. We supply vending, coffee and water systems throughout the UK.

We have a permanent position available for a Vending Route Operator covering the Thirsk, Ripon, Harrogate area.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Vending Operator.

As a Vending Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of vending machines, ensuring that they are fully stocked and functioning properly.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and has strong administrative and organizational skills.

Main Duties

• Stocking machines in accordance with planned route and adhoc visits if required
• Cleaning and maintaining machines to the highest standards.
• Cash collection and recording accurate meter readings.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing van at depot when needed
• Stock rotation to minimise wastage in machines and van
• Keeping accurate records of machine maintenance, sales, and inventory on handheld
• Machine fault reporting to helpdesk
• To look after all company property
• Covers holidays & sickness
• Wholesale deliveries within area

Benefits

• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6am starts preferred)
• Salary: From £24,000 per annum
• Overtime if required

Basic Requirements

• You will expected to park the vehicle at your home address or near to
• All applicants must be over the age of 21 due to the size/type of vehicle you will expected to drive.
• Hold a B1 driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
