NSF's Agriculture department audit and certify around 35,000 farms each year against a number of scheme owner standards. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our integrity. We're growing fast, and that's where you come in.


To further ensure and grow our
Supply Chain/Agriculture business, we are currently looking for multiple Coordinators to join our team.

These roles will involve providing administrative support and delivering great customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As
Coordinator, you will report to the Operations Lead who is UK based and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Issuing certificates to customers
  • Allocating audits to NSF auditors within relevant audit windows
  • Raising invoices and refund requests
  • Providing administrative help on production of reports and loading onto IT systems
  • Gathering relevant information from customers to load onto IT systems
  • Maintaining and updating databases
  • Raising invoices and refund requests
