The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day operations of a residential service for children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Situated conveniently in Birmingham, the home provides access to various amenities and activities for the residents.


Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager
Company: Established Children's Residential Service Provider


  • Salary: up to £45,000 Basic
  • Annual Bonus: £5k
  • Location: Acocks Green, Birmingham
  • Hours: Full time
  • Contract Type: Permanent

This role presents an opportunity for a candidate currently in a managerial position or a deputy manager seeking career advancement. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership qualities and prior experience in managing residential homes for children and young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties.

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services) - DESIRABLE
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services - ESSENTIAL
  • Prior experience in a Deputy or Registered Manager's role - ESSENTIAL
  • Background in a residential children's home setting - ESSENTIAL
