Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Join the Engineering Department of a high-growth global business with manufacturing operations across multiple countries in Europe. Based at the Tallington site, the Senior Manufacturing Engineer role involves identifying and implementing performance improvement projects to enhance customer service, reduce manufacturing costs, and decrease lead times. Responsibilities include:

  • Identification and implementation of improvement projects
  • Management of manufacturing data
  • Realization of advanced manufacturing processes
  • Project leadership and management
  • Process improvements and ERP system maintenance
  • Optimization of ERP master data
  • Operational development support
  • Data analysis and management
  • Project and contractor management
  • Technical support and training
  • Process troubleshooting and development

Experience and Training:

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • Project Management experience
  • Proficiency in IT and data analysis tools
  • Education in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Experience with SQL database queries
