Every person we support is at the centre of that support. From their initial assessment to completion of regular reviews and on-going guidance. We develop each plan for each individual. Their support is tailored to planned outcomes helping them achieve their hopes, dreams and aspirations.
You will play a key role in the service, using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team providing support for individuals with learning disabilities and mental health.
You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as household tasks and domestic duties, whilst engaging socially in exciting hobbies within the local community.
