EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) OneStream - Senior Consultant / Managing Consultant / Principle Consultant.

Background / Experience:

Must have:
n

  • Technical or Finance/Economics degree from a respected university.n
  • 2+ years in EPM Consulting or Development experience within a customer environment project designing and developing solutions with OneStream:n Finance Consolidation & Close (FCCS / HFM*) / OneStreamn Use of Data Management and other EPM related integration options between the Business Finance Professional with an interest in systems.nPart or Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, CIOT, ATT etc) or someone with a strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation or account reconciliation.n(Technical training will be provided)
Preferredn

  • Experience with Narrative Reporting (EPRCS)n
  • Planning (EPBCS / PBCS / Hyperion Planning*)n(Financials, Workforce, Capital & Projects)n
  • Profitability & Cost Management (PCM / HPCM*)n
  • Tax Reporting (TRCS)n
  • Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS / DRM*)n
  • Account Reconciliation (ARCS)n(equivalent On-Premise variants are also acceptable denoted by *)n
  • Finance and/or Tax Accounting background.
Skills Overview

Communicationn

  • Comfortable in presenting to others; giving guidance, instruction and explaining concepts to different audiences and is able to simplify the complexities where necessary.n

Written Communication:

no Is able to write well-structured concise documentation in MS Word that guides and helps readers through a variety of documentation types, including: Technical Guides, Training and Requirements Uses MS PowerPoint to create effective presentations to assist with Knowledge Transfer.

  • Can use MS Excel as a way of explaining financial models.n
  • Looks to build relationships during client engagement/projects and uses this to address and manage areas where different views are held.n
  • French-speaking is bonus (this is primarily a UK role, we do have colleagues in France that we support).
Project Deliveryn

  • Has been involved in at least 1 projects (delivered to Go-live) and has had the opportunity to lead discreet components of the delivery.n
  • Has had some experience of requirements gathering, development, testing and support.n
  • Worked constructively within the project delivery team, highlighting risks issues, challenging concepts and approaches in a constructive manner.
Technical Skills

Technical (Consulting / Development Background)

Preferredn

  • Is able to review and optimise Business Rules.n
  • Has used EPM Automate and can articulate use cases where this can be used.n
  • Use of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).n
  • Use of Python, DOS or other scripting language.
Desirablen

  • Experience of using REST APIs.n
  • Experience of AWS, Azure and OCI platforms.n
  • Use of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).n
  • Use of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

Security Clearance will be required for so you MUST hold a British Passport or ILR having not left Britain for longer than 3 months at at time in past 5 years.
