Our Polyclinic has various health care fields including dental, podiatry and physiotherapy coinciding under one roof to give overall dental and health benefit to patients. The Role:

  • Arranging medical services appointment.
  • Providing information asked by patients and general public
  • To maintain appropriate filing systems.
  • Processing forms, ensuring all correct patient information is entered accurately.
  • Ordering and maintaining stationary and clinical supplies with support of clinical or management.
  • Plenty of opportunity to grow as an administrative team member up to a Practice Manager.

The applicant should:

  • Have at least a year of experience in health care service industry.
  • Have the ability to calm and reassure nervous or anxious people.
  • Have an interest in the welfare of patients, with a mature, friendly, confident and caring nature.
  • Be punctual and have good timemanagement skills.
  • Be honest, trustworthy and reliable.
  • Be organised.
  • Have enthusiasm and a flexible attitude.
  • Ability to use own initiative and be proactive.
  • Willingness to study and learn new skills.
  • Act in a professional manner
  • Have the ability to prioritise tasks.
